AdRadar: Terms and Conditions

AdRadar is operated by DelTeQ Web Services (Pty) Ltd (the "Service").
The app is made available to you on an "as is" "as available" and "as available" basis.
AdRadar relies on data available via the Google AdSense Management API. Like any application built on a mobile API, it is subject to ongoing changes and updates. AdSense can withdraw their API or update the way it works to extend or impair functionality, and this impact on your app performance. This applies to both free and paid users.
Please note your use of AdRadar is at your own discretion and risk. We make no promises regarding the app's uptime, data accuracy, reliability, security, or content.
To use AdRadar, you must log in with your Google account associated with your AdSense account. You will be required to grant permission for you to access certain AdSense data. These permissions may change at any time.
By using AdRadar, you also agree to abide by Google's API Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The purpose of these permissions is to allow the app to access necessary data solely for its IOS widgets.
For example, accessing your earnings data enables the app to display your estimated revenue inside the app and via IOS widgets.
By staying within AdRadar, you authorize us to contact you via email. You may receive a welcome message, app-related updates, or replies to feedback you've submitted.

Why does AdRadar collect and process data?
AdRadar operates a mobile application and is committed to never selling your data. The app only collects and processes the minimum required data (as:
  • Generate insights based on your AdSense account
  • Improve app performance by analyzing usage and monitoring technical issues
What kind of data is stored?
A. Personally Identifiable Information:
  • Name, email, or contact personal identifiers like your name, address, or phone number.
B. Analytics Data:
  • The app feeds specific elements from your AdSense account only after you grant access
  • No data is used or processed outside the scope of what's required for app functionality
  • ✓ Device information (model, OS version, etc.)
  • ✓ App usage data (launches, crash logs)
  • ✓ Location information (optional, with permission)
  • ✓ Advertising ID (IDFA, etc.)
  • ✓ User generated information (email inquiries, etc.)
C. Usage Data:
  • We collect general app usage information (e.g. frequency, duration, crash logs)
  • We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to help understand user behavior and fix bugs
  • Website analytics (if accessed via web) may use Google Analytics, and cookies may be saved locally on your device. If accessed are anonymized and cannot be used to personally identify you
Crash Reporting
Crash logs may be collected to diagnose and fix issues. This information is only used to improve user experience.
Data Storage
All data is stored securely using Firebase, a platform owned by Google. Authorization tokens that allow data fetching from AdSense are stored locally on your device and never sent to our servers.
Third-Party Sharing
We only share data when necessary and under the following conditions:
  • Service Providers: We use SendGrid to manage email communication. Your email address may be shared with them for this purpose.
  • Acquisition or Business Changes: In the event of acquisition or a business transfer, your information may be transferred accordingly.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required by law or court order.
How can I delete or revoke access to my data?
  • App Deletion: All data is stored on your device. Deleting the app removes your data.
  • Logout: Logging out disconnects your AdSense account temporarily.
Revoke Access: You can revoke permissions at any time via your Google account security settings.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of any updates.
